Strong's Southampton named Great Dealership to Work for by the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA) in 2022!

Strong's Southampton locations were recognized as a Great Dealership to Work for by the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA) in 2022. This close-knit group, consisting of 15 dedicated employees, works collaboratively to provide exceptional service to customers at Strong's Southampton showroom and two marinas located on the Peconic and Shinnecock Bays.

To gain insights into the dealership's work environment, team members participate in anonymous surveys. One team member expressed appreciation for their manager's active involvement in team building and their commitment to ensuring clients receive the utmost satisfaction. Multiple employees highlighted the camaraderie among their team as the most valuable aspect of working at the dealership, emphasizing that their co-workers and clients feel like an extended family.

Jessica McCarthy, the longstanding General Manager who leads this exceptional team, emphasizes the daily collaboration aimed at delivering the best possible boating experience to their customers.

"Thank you so much to MRAA for this acknowledgment we truly appreciate it. We've got the best team in the world!  It is a great place to work.  Love working for Strong's Marine, we're like a family."

All of Strong's Marine is proud of the Southampton team for all of their hard work and team work. We are thankful that MRAA acknowledged our Southampton team and look forward to their continued success.
