In 1969 Paul and Carol Kuck founded Regal Marine Industries.  Paul and Carol's sons, Duane and Tim, started their journey at the company at a young age and steadily climbed the ranks, making significant strides in their careers. Duane Kuck currently acts as President and CEO while Tim Kuck acts as the Executive Vice President and COO. Carol and Paul Kuck maintained their involvement in the company until their passing in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
